10 Easy Healthy Ice Cream Recipes

You can eat your dessert without the guilt. Healthy ice cream, anyone? It's called nice cream. And I'm sharing 10 of my favorite nice cream recipes that will help you cool off this summer and still look good in a swimsuit.
What makes you feel alive? I'll tell you what makes me feel alive. It's love. I think the same is true for you and all living beings on this planet.
I'm not just talking about the spiritual and physical connection and attraction between two individuals.
Love, to me, is limitless. Love embodies many forms, has many faces. Love materializes differently for everyone. Love is a high-frequency energy that gives life, creates beauty, and manifests pure bliss.
Love is a feeling of euphoria, where anything is possible, where reality meets fantasy. Ah...
Where do you find love in your life?
One of the places I find love in my life is in my art and creativity. Art is where I experience that euphoria. When I'm creating, I am alive. When I'm creating, I become love. Art is my language of self-expression. I use art to express my ideas, passions, values.
My art takes many forms: pencil drawing on paper, acrylic painting on canvas, nature and food photography, even fashion photography, preparing healthy desserts with wholesome ingredients, plating a beautiful dish, interior decorating and graphic design. The list goes on and on.
You know the feeling when you have an idea and you know it could be something of value to others, and it won't leave you until you make it real?
For me, that idea was my recipe e-book, "For the Love of Nice Cream." It not only expresses my love for creativity and healthy nutritious desserts, but also embodies my passion for bringing inspiration and value to those who come across it.
"For the Love of Nice Cream" is a product of my passions, inspirations, and dreams. It's a product of my artistic expression, created with love, care, and purpose. It's an extension of the value and good I want to put out into the world.
A purpose-driven book, it's more than just sweet recipes. There's a hidden message of motivation, heartiness, pleasure, and self-respect. I want to inspire people to live healthy, fulfilling lives. I want my passion and work to be a small reason for someone to make healthier food choices, to spend more quality time with family, to enjoy and feel grateful for the little things in life.
This book is not a diet guide to a slimmer body. It's not a self-help book of step-by-step instructions on how to remove stress from your life. It's a simple celebration of Nature's foods, art, creativity, health and wellness, inspiration, self-care, and everything else that makes this life a fulfilling and magical gift of learning and growing.
I like metaphors. These sweet, guilt-free desserts are my metaphor for learning to indulge in the sweetness of life, for seeking love in the food we eat, the memories we make, the relationships we keep, and knowing that we are worthy of that euphoric experience. Only then can we expect to live more fulfilling and healthy lives.

This is such a-health-coach-thing to say (Yes, if you didn't know, I'm a certified health coach.) and it may even sound tasteless and boring, but I can assure you of one thing - using wholesome juicy fruits and combining them with the right ingredients can really take your taste buds on a thrill ride. Trust me, home-cooking is not only a way to know what really goes into your body, but it's a way to build a meaningful relationship with food, spark the fire of your creativity (which, by the way, we all have, without exceptions, even if you think you're not creative, YOU ARE!) and most importantly, share that experience with your kids, husband, wife, the whole family. What's better than learning how to cook with the people you love? Can you imagine all the fun and laughter that can fill your kitchen by inviting your kids to make sweet desserts with you? Nothing brings people together like the love of food.
The recipes are easy, quick, no more than 5 minutes to prepare. With the busy lifestyles we have, sometimes cooking can become a chore and that's just not fun. The last thing you want is to feel more stress. With these recipes you don't have to worry about that. In fact, all you will ever need is a food processor or a blender.
You'll find other things in the book that I think are even more important, like how to enjoy your dessert without the guilt, how to feed your body healthy, how cooking is actually connected to self-love and self-respect, how fun and tastier food and life becomes when you allow yourself to learn, relax, and feel each moment or in this case, taste each moment.
Why not treat yourself to something good?
Free of guilt, but full of flavor. Good for your body. Good for you. Good for your confidence. May even cause slight obsession with home-cooking. Just saying. You've been warned.
These are all recipes that I personally love and make during the summers. Recipes that have been created with lots of love and care because I know exactly how it feels to be trapped in your own body, to lose confidence in yourself and your body's ability to heal.
